S For Swag ("we", "us", or "our") operates the S For Swag mobile application and the website s4swag.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Account and order information. When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We use this to manage your account and fulfil your orders.
Photos you provide for Virtual Try-On. When you choose to use the Virtual Try-On feature, you select a photo from your device or capture one with the camera. We access a photo only at the moment you pick or take it — we do not browse or read your photo library.
Device and usage information. We collect basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, and operating system, along with how you interact with the app, to keep the Service working and secure.
Information stored on your device. We store a login session token and cached content (such as product listings) locally on your device so the app loads quickly and keeps you signed in. You can clear this by logging out or uninstalling the app.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs in the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
create and manage your account and process your orders; generate Virtual Try-On images at your request; provide customer support and communicate with you about your orders; operate, secure, and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
Virtual Try-On and Your Photos
The Virtual Try-On feature uses Google's Gemini API (Google Generative Language API) to generate a try-on image. When you use this feature, the photo you select or capture is sent to Google to create the result and return it to you.
The photo is used solely to generate your try-on image and is not used for any other purpose. We do not retain your source photo on our servers beyond what is needed to produce the result, and we do not use it to build any profile of you. The generated image is shown to you in the app, and you may choose to save it to your device's gallery. Google's processing of the image is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
If you do not use Virtual Try-On, no photos are collected or shared.
App Permissions
Camera — used only when you choose "Take a new photo" in Virtual Try-On.
Photos — we use Android's system Photo Picker so you can select a single photo for Virtual Try-On. The app does not request broad or persistent access to your media library.
Internet — required to load products, process orders, and generate try-on images.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers who help us run the Service, such as payment gateways and shipping/logistics partners, to process and deliver your orders; Google, to generate Virtual Try-On images as described above; and authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below. Some information may be retained where required by law.
Your Rights
You can access or update your account information in the app, opt out of marketing messages, and request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your account credentials safe.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
